Curtis is a fourth year student who is interested in land development and transportation consulting, and is a returning CSCE exec member. Curtis is also an involved member with steering and ski design of the Concrete Toboggan Team. Originally from Trail, Curtis loves the outdoors and the challenge of learning new instruments.

Nicole is a fourth year student who is passionate about fluid mechanics, sustainable design and project management. Born in Kazakhstan and raised in Vancouver, Nicole loves everything outdoors. She spends summers hiking, camping and dirt biking and winters boarding and skiing.

Tyler is a third year student who is interested in foundations and construction and plans to design, build, and manage his own hydroelectric dam one day. Before entering the Civil program, Tyler earned a diploma of business management in marketing and followed his love of snowboarding to whistler for a couple years.
Industry Night Lead Coordinator
Megan is a second year student interested in water and wastewater engineering and sustainable development of our water resources. Megan came to UBC with a previous degree in Biology and several years of experience in environmental consulting. Since moving to Vancouver from Calgary, Megan has been enjoying exploring the coast through hiking and sailing.
Kevin is a third year student and is interested in structural engineering and project management, with plans to eventually do a master’s degree in architectural design. Originally from the Sunshine Coast, BC, Kevin enjoys the outdoors, artwork, writing, and is committed to professional and community development at UBC.
Media and Marketing
Kevin is a second year student with an avid passion in transportation engineering as well as information technology. He advocates for sustainable transportation development, and follows news and trends in the sector closely. He is also an amateur programmer and photographer with some experience in program and web development.
4th Year Representative
Jason is in his fourth year of Civil Engineering, and is interested in the management of municipal services with experience at Metro Vancouver and the City of Chilliwack. Along with CSCE, Jason is also the sponsorship lead for the Concrete Toboggan Team and the Vice President of the Engineers Without Borders Chapter. He loves meeting new people, hiking and eating good food.
Farinaz is a first year Master of Engineering student specializing in Structural and Earthquake Engineering. She is interested in design and construction of bridges and plans to manage her own company one day. Farinaz loves swimming, running, and playing tennis. Farinaz also like travelling and exploring new places.
Neda is first year MENG student specializing in structural and earthquake. After graduation, she plans on working as a structural engineer to ultimately get her P.Eng. Neda likes to play the guitar in her free time and plays the tennis on sunny days.
Wendy is a 3rd year student who is interested in structural engineering and construction project management. With her passion in civil engineering, Wendy also enjoys reading books and following the world news especially in economic sector. She also loves scuba diving, playing tennis and other outdoor activities.
Zhanslu is a 4th year student who is planning a career in architecture after graduation. As an international student she is interested in multicultural dialog and activities such as playing chess and swimming.
Eric is a fourth year Civil Engineering student with a focus in Structural Engineering and interests Seismic Retrofitting and Building Science. Having already earned a Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma, he plans to complete his undergraduate degree and begin contributing to project solutions out in the engineering field. Eric is also involved in the UBC Seismic Design Team as a Structural Design Member and Construction Co-Lead. Originally from Vancouver Island, Eric loves the outdoors the west coast provides as well as Bonsai Cultivation, reading, and writing.
Ahmed is in his second year of engineering who recently became part of CSCE. He is also a UBC Concrete Toboggan Team member to gain extensive hands-on experience. Ahmed is hoping to pursue a career in construction and project management as a future civil engineer. Since he moved to Vancouver from Egypt, he has been exploring the city and skiing.
Naomi Hoque is a second year student interested in structural engineering and project management. Alongside CSCE, Naomi is also a member of the UBC Concrete Toboggan Team. Having lived in Japan, Bangladesh, Canada, and USA, Naomi enjoys travelling and eating food from around the world.
2nd Year Representative
Antonio is a third year student primarily interested in project management, though he is also keen on fluid mechanics and transportation engineering. Antonio previously attended BCIT and subsequently spent several years working as a construction estimator. A cycling enthusiast and soccer fanatic, Antonio has spent nearly his entire life in Vancouver.
