Antonio is a fourth-year Civil Engineering student looking to work in either project management or water resources design. Prior to attending UBC he worked as a construction estimator, and has also worked with environmental engineering and structural engineering firms. In his spare time, Antonio enjoys biking, hiking, and baking.
Tyler is graduating this year with a Civil Engineering Degree, and a Diploma in Marketing Management. He has recent deep foundation, general contracting, geotechnical engineering, site response and liquefaction analysis experience. After graduation, he plans to travel to Europe for the summer before continuing his career.
Megan is a third year civil student interested in water and wastewater engineering and sustainable development of our water resources. Megan came to UBC with a previous degree in Biology and several years of experience in environmental consulting. Since moving to Vancouver from Calgary, Megan has been enjoying exploring the coast through hiking and sailing.

Kevin is a fourth year student and is interested in structural engineering and project management, with plans to eventually do a master’s degree in architectural design. Originally from the Sunshine Coast, BC, Kevin enjoys the outdoors, artwork, writing, and is committed to professional and community development at UBC.

Monrit Chatha is a fifth year Civil Engineering student with a keen passion and interest in structural and seismic engineering design. Monrit assisted in the planning and facilitation of the 2017 CSCE Industry Night. Alongside being a keen student, Monrit has continued to pursue extra-curricular initiatives; she is the current Student Program Coordinator for Women in Engineering - UBC Chapter and also the Team Captain for the UBC EERI Seismic Design Team, She actively works towards creating learning and development opportunities for her peers.

Eric is a third-year student with a passion for structural engineering, with plans to do a graduate degree in structural and earthquake engineering. Eric is also involved in the UBC Rocket team as an Aerostructure design co-lead and competes in Bentley’s Structural Design Competition as a team leader. From Vancouver, Eric loves the outdoors and enjoys spending his time biking, hiking, and sailing.
Carson is a third-year student who is passionate about construction and project management. Born in China and immigrated to Vancouver five years ago, Carson enjoys the outdoor activities in Canada. He loves hiking, road trips and working out in the gym.
With an avid passion for transportation planning, programmatic solving engineering problems and data analytics, Kevin is pursing a major in Civil Engineering with minors in Statistics and Economics. Besides managing the website for the UBC CSCE Student Chapter, he is also a representative for the UBC ITE Student Chapter, and an occasional web volunteer for the Ubyssey. Furthermore, as a long-time advocate of sustainable transportation for the region, he is taking on the role of the AMS Officer of Council for Commuters in the 2017/2018 academic year, focusing on improving commuter rights, wellness and transit services.In his almost non-existent spare time, Kevin enjoys photographing, music, going on bus or bike rides to the new places / the countryside, writing some code, and sweating at the gym.

Liam is a second year student with a strong interest in structural engineering and the construction of sustainable infrastructure. He is an advocate for the development of communities, and is dedicated to making the civil engineering community at UBC a better place. Liam has lived his whole life in Vancouver, and enjoys running and hiking in its beauty.

Fannie is a fourth-year student who is passionate about project management and timber structural design. Moved to Vancouver from a warmer city in China, Fannie looks forward to the snow and skiing during winter time while enjoying the sunshine during summer. She also loves cooking and eating delicious food, especially dessert.
Brandon is a second year student who is interested in transportation engineering and societal development. Having already earned an Engineering Diploma from Capilano University, he plans to complete his bachelors degree and become a professional engineer. Brandon enjoys playing soccer and other outdoor activities.
Johnny is a second-year Civil Engineering student interested in structural engineering and project management, with plans to minor in commerce and eventually do a master’s degree in Structural and Earthquake Engineering. He was born in Vancouver and loves meeting new people, exercising and tackling new challenges.
Patrick is a second-year student who is interested in project management or consulting and is looking forward to continuing his education in civil engineering to develop his interests. He is excited for the opportunity to travel the world after finishing his degree and hopes to have the opportunity to work in Vancouver and around the world. Patrick is excited to continue to play baseball this summer and work in his first co-op position.
